The slightly rounded plastic handle features a distinctive ZWILLING logo inside a red dot and the knife has a smooth cutting edge and pointed blade. This pointed, ice-hardened FRIODUR® blade makes the knife exceptionally resistant to corrosion, whilst the ZWILLING special formula steel is made from an impressive balance of carbon and chrome.
