Thanks to its powerful serrated blade, the ZWILLING TWIN Chef bread knife cuts slices of bread evenly and precisely. The high teeth of the blade effortlessly cut even hard bread crusts – for perfect bread slices. The cutting tool has a comfortable handle with a classic three-rivet design for comfortable handling. There is a smooth transition between the blade and handle, while a pronounced hand guard minimises finger slippage and ensures safety during use. As the knife has been punched, it is particularly light, which also supports comfortable use. The bread knife with a 20 cm blade is made of high-quality ZWILLING special formula steel. The special stainless steel of the ice-hardened FRIODUR blade is refined and has very good cutting edge retention and corrosion resistance.
