Zwilling 28 Cm 18/10 Stainless Steel Stew Pot

The ZWILLING frying pan with a diameter of 28 cm and a capacity of 8.5 litres is perfect for large families and those who like entertaining. You can use it to fry, braise and steam food as well as to whip up delicious dishes such as goulash or a vegetarian stew. Thanks to its lid which fits perfectly and closes tightly, you only need to add a little water when cooking. The stew pot is part of the TWIN® Classic series from ZWILLING and is therefore also equipped with a SIGMA Classic bottom, which consists of two layers of cast iron wrapped around an aluminium core. Aluminium quickly distributes heat to the outer edges, so that the entire contents of the pan are cooked evenly. Thanks to this optimal distribution of heat, you can reduce the hob’s temperature early on and thus save energy. The stew pot is also well suited for induction hobs. No pot cloths are required for the stew pot due to the pot’s ergonomic stainless steel handles, which always stay at a comfortable cool temperature. This pot has an extremely elegant appearance thanks to its aesthetic design and matt surface. The material is scratch-resistant and the aluminium core will keep your food warm for a long period of time. In the large stew pot, you can evenly and gently cook roasts as well as other braised dishes and create fine dishes full of flavour.
