The blades of the knives are made of stainless steel, which is stable and durable. For the handles, black acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) was used. Furthermore, this material is insensitive to external influences and therefore looks good even after prolonged use. The handles of the ZWILLING steak knife set are connected to each other with the help of three rivets. These shiny rivets give the knives a classic look. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, the handle fits well in the hand even when working for long periods of time.
