Thanks to the integrated KIS technology in this knife block, you will not have to worry about sharpening your knives. Each time you pull a knife out of the block, it is automatically sharpened. The secret: there are two ceramic grindstones in the slots for the knives. Each compartment is designed for a specific blade size, which means each blade is sharpened at the ideal angle and thus maintains its edge retention and quality in the long term.

This ZWILLING SharpBlock is already equipped with knives from the PROFESSIONAL S series. All knives deliver with the timeless and seamless plastic handle and are characterised with optimal balance.
