Meet the Zwilling Gourmet utility knife, serrated 13 cm. The name already says it all, this is a real all-rounder in the kitchen. The knife is enhanced with the newly designed serrated structure: a couple wavy serrations alternate with a more pointed serration. Especially when cutting ingredients with a harder crust you will notice that this truly makes a difference. So great for bread and hard buns.
